Automotive F&I Manager - Murgado Automotive Group

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Insurance Expertise: Oversee the F&I department to ensure compliance with dealership policies, industry regulations, and manufacturer guidelines.

Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with customers to provide tailored financial solutions, including vehicle financing, insurance products, and extended warranties.

Product Knowledge: Offer expert advice on a range of finance and insurance products, including vehicle service contracts, GAP insurance, and credit life insurance.

Process Management: Manage the F&I process from start to finish, including paperwork, approvals, and documentation, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of F&I professionals, providing training and support to ensure exceptional performance and customer service.

Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from the vehicle purchase to the financing process, maximizing customer satisfaction and profitability.

Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and analyze F&I performance metrics, including revenue, penetration rates, and customer satisfaction scores, to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as an F&I Manager in a high-volume automotive dealership, with a strong understanding of finance and insurance products.

Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of automotive finance and insurance regulations, products, and processes.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using dealership management systems (DMS) and other financial software tools.
