Responsibilities - Finance Manager:
- Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of each product for customized delivery
- Prepare accurate bank and state documents
- Train sales staff as necessary
- Maintain great lender relationships
- Engage in business development to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Meet dealership sales goals for profit and volume
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores
Qualifications/Requirements - Finance Manager:
- Previous F&I experience with a proven track record
- Must be a closer with impeccable accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of bank and government compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented
- Computer proficient
- Professional appearance and demeanor
