Required Experience - 5+ Yrs. of Experience
Required Degree: BS or MS Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
1. Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering degree. NO Mechanical Engineers or other degrees.
2. At least 5 years of relevant automotive validation experience.
Responsibilities
• Develop test procedures, plans, automated scripts, and cases.
• Perform automated and manual test execution, results analysis, root cause analysis, and verifications.
• Define and bring up test benches required to support validation and verification activities. For example, identify the equipment, tools, licenses, hardware, test systems.
• Identify test dependencies such as specifications, interfaces, compliance, hardware, software components, etc...
• Determine opportunities and provide support for automation and tooling.
• Contribute to team results through ownership in agile scrum development sprints.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical specialists, feature owners, development teams, and other test teams in support of testing and development activities.
Preferred Qualification:
• Experiences with Vector tools, CANoe/CANalyzer/CANape.
• Ability to interpret C/C++, Python code, or logs to aid in issue resolution.
• 2+ year of ADAS or autonomous driving work experiences
• Experience working on Driver Assistance technologies using radar, cameras, ultrasonic sensors, or similar.
• Knowledge and Experience with Classic/Adaptive AUTOSAR SW development process
• Experience with low level debugging tools (Lauterbach ICE, Wireshark, Oscilloscope, etc.….)
• Experiences with Automotive Ethernet, DOIP, SOME/IP, etc.
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing.
• Experience with simulation software such as CarMaker/CarSim, etc.
• Experiences with MATLAB/Simulink or equivalent
• Experiences with CAPL programming.
• Experiences with LabVIEW, NI tool chains
• Experience with data collection and analysis, ideally in driver assist technology.
• Understanding of Feature specifications, FMEAs, robustness disciplines and Design Verification Plan
• Understanding of performance requirements and the interactions with other features and the system, and establish procedures to verify performance both quantitatively and subjectively.
• Experience with Linux development, Shell scripting, Jenkins, GitHub.
