The Opportunity

The Technical Professions Division of Columbia-Greene Community College is seeking part-time instructors to teach the following course Spring 2025 semester:

• Automatic Transmissions and Transaxles - AU 213

Tuesday and Thursday | 1:00 pm- 5:00pm | On-campus

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s degree in related field.

• Current ASE Master Technician, certified in tests A1-A8, G1, and L1

Preferred Requirements

• Previous instructional experience.
• Experience teaching with Brightspace.
• Sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, gender, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of students.

Benefit Information

Starting salary $900 per credit hour and will be commensurate with education and teaching experience. Some benefits include New York State Retirement options, supplemental retirement and life insurance, and employee tuition waiver. PSLF waivers offered.
