About the Job
Due to our recent expansion, we are looking to hire an Automotive Locksmith Customer Service Representative immediately! Car Keys Express provides full, paid-training throughout our Training/Apprenticeship program. The Automotive Locksmith Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing the on-site key production and customer support during our promotional campaigns throughout the metro area.

Responsibilities:
- Programing keys, re-keying and cutting to code
- Creating automotive keys and programming transponders
- Maintaining a company vehicle, audits, and accurate logs of sales
- Manage on-site Inventory
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Previous experience in Automotive, Installation, sales or related field preferred
- Previous sales and customer service experience
- Must be responsible, reliable and able to work without constant supervision
- Strong work ethic and a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift car hoods, disconnect batteries, enter/ exit other vehicles
- Driver's License (Required) AND CLEAN MVR!
- Must be 22 years or older to work with client and drive the van
- Positive and professional demeanor
Pay for this position will range from $75,000 to $90,000, plus up to a 10% bonus. Salary is commensurate with experience. Pay raises are typically higher than the national average for those who apply themselves and are promoted as they grow with the company.
