Responsibilities:- Maintain manufacturer training certifications as well as specific & up- to - date knowledge on the product and services available
- Properly diagnose, repair and documents services on customer and internal vehicles
- Have the ability to communicate technical diagnosis and repairs to your service adviser
- Obtain a high level of motivation and energy with strong customer service skills
- Maintain an energetic, positive attitude and work well with others
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
- Pass a pre - employment drug screen
- Possess a strong desire for continuing education in area of responsibility
