Automotive Mechanic/Technician at Manpower Engineering

Our client, in the Automotive industry is seeking an Automotive Mechanic 5 to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-years Automotive Mechanic experience and hands-on experience with all aspects of Automotive Diagnostics and Repair work which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Automotive Mechanic 5

Location: Long Beach, CA 

Pay Range: $41.53 Hourly

What’s the Job?

• Advance HV knowledge and diagnostics

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and replace electrical/mechanical parts (assemblies, sub-assemblies,  or individual parts) on development, and series vehicles.

• Retrofit development parts into vehicles.

• Prepare vehicles for emissions and certification testing per government regulations..

• Construct and implement high voltage and low voltage electrical wire harness and break out boxes. 
 

What’s Needed?

• Minimum 5-years of Automotive Mechanic experience 

• Understanding of electronic, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems, tools, and equipment. 

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in all aspects of automotive diagnostic and repair work.

• Ability to quickly learn new automotive concepts and applications.

• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
