Job Description
We are looking for an experienced automotive Office Manager for this location. This is an exciting career opportunity for an individual with the desire to succeed. The Office Manager is responsible for managing bookkeepers and cleaning schedules, remitting sales tax, reconciling bank activity, floorplan reccommendations and audits, preparing monthly financial statements, reconciling factory incentive money, and dealing with General Managers. We are looking for someone with dealership experience.
The ideal candidate is motivated, assertive, and confident in his/herabilities. Candidates must be articulate and punctual. Knowledge of and experience with the ADP or Reynolds & Reynolds DMS systems is a plus. We seek someone with a proven track record for success; a self-starter who can communicate well with others and who takes pride in his or her careful and accurate working style.
We prefer a candidate with a degree in Accounting or Business Administration and at least two years of experience in a position of similar responsibility. Candidates must be detail-oriented and good with numbers and proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel).

Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Two years of experience in a position of similar responsibility
- Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of and experience with the ADP or Reynolds & Reynolds DMS systems a plus
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Able to deal with confidential information appropriately
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy
- Highly professional and dependable
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
