Automotive Office Manager - DARCARS Automotive Group

DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking for an Experience Automotive Office Manager

For this role, you'll need:

• Two years of experience in a dealership management position
• Working knowledge of dealership financial statements
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of accounting office positions
• Professional appearance

• Coordinate and prepare reconciliations for all accounts and physical inventories
• Deal Signing
• Finance Reserves
• 8300 reporting
• Process some dealer exchanges
• Work with office staff to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Complete end-of-month accounting reports as assigned
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
