Responsibilities - Auto Parts Manager:
- Oversee and manage a profitable and efficient Parts Department
- Train and manage staff, manage parts counter, price parts to generate profits, maintain optimal stock levels that enable our service department to complete repairs without delay, ensure deliveries are on time, and more.
- Review parts sales, costs, and inventory monthly
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department
- Maintain high CSI
Requirements - Auto Parts Manager:
- Parts Manager experience is required
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds, Xtime, OEConnection and Parts Trader is a PLUS!
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- A good work ethic and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
