Automotive Parts/Service Admin - BMW of Arlington - Group 1 Automotive, Inc.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Maintain and file daily service and parts deposit
• Reconcile vendor statementsidentifying possible discrepancies between invoices and expenses
• Keep on top of AR statements, making sure we are getting invoices paid in a timely manner
• Completing check requests for credits card transaction and make purchase orders
• Accurately reconcile intercompany transactions
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.

Requirements (include but are not limited to):

• Two or more year’s related experience in an automotive parts department required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
