About the Job
Systems Administration and Project Support
- Troubleshooting, ServiceNow/ESM ticket administration, testing fixes/small enhancements, customer support, ensuring effective systems operations, Identify any business requirements as needed
- System monitoring, change planning, requirement development, UAT, and implementation support
- Ad-hoc reports, recurring reporting, data extraction, data and business analysis
- Manage existing and create new intelligence tools (reports) and create effective analysis to support business needs
- Support interests related to MPA Operations and Systems issues Customer and business admin support for operations and systems including ID of issues and coordination of solutions to align to interests and goals
Parts Communications Management
- Draft/communicate key strategic messages to dealers, field, and Exec.'s as needed
- arts Training
- Help improve & admin Parts Training including launch of new material and tests
Experience and Skills for this assignment
- Experience in Distribution (Service Parts preferred) operations concepts
- Experience in Systems support (BRD and UAT concepts)
- Strong data skills (both extraction and analysis)
- Preferred experience in SAS and knowledge of or ability to quickly learn SQL
- MS Suite skills (Excel, PPT, Word)
