Position objective:

The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to follow instructions and be energetic. A prior knowledge of cars/trucks as well as being detailed oriented would also be beneficial. The recon associate is responsible for final quality and professional check of our fleet. You must have a valid driver's license, provide a clean MVR (moto vehicle record), and willing to complete a background check through the Bureau of Criminal Investigations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assessing damage on returned vehicles
• Reviewing repair estimates
• Processing paperwork
• Corresponding with both customers and vendors via email and phone
• Ensure our location is always welcoming to customers
• Follows safety rules and regulations
• Assist with any other duties assigned

Skills and Experience

• Highly organized and good time management
• Highly attentive to details
• Punctual and dependable
• General computer/Microsoft experience
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Valid Driver's license
• Adaptability/flexibility to change as company requires
• Must have automotive experience/knowledge
