You effectively coordinate with our skilled technicians to ensure timely and high-quality repairs, all while maintaining clear and proactive communication with customers regarding the progress of their vehicles. Your role involves not only managing sales and estimating tasks but also fostering strong relationships with our clientele through attentive customer service, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services. • Current Service Advisor industry training and certification

Shop-Ware or equivalent operating and management system software experience is a plus!
