As our Automotive & RV Service Advisor, your day begins with greeting customers warmly and attentively, assessing their vehicle needs, and using your expertise to provide accurate service estimates and recommendations. You effectively coordinate with our skilled technicians to ensure timely and high-quality repairs, all while maintaining clear and proactive communication with customers regarding the progress of their vehicles. Your role involves not only managing sales and estimating tasks but also fostering strong relationships with our clientele through attentive customer service, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle multiple responsibilities professionally make you a valuable asset in our team's commitment to delivering top-notch automotive and RV service.
- Current Service Advisor industry training and certification
Shop-Ware or equivalent operating and management system software experience is a plus!
