Job Description: As a Commission Client Adviser at Genesis of Ridgefield, you will play a crucial role in our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be assisting customers in purchasing a new or pre-owned Genesis vehicle. You will be the face of our dealership, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and informative and leads to a successful sale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand and communicate the features and benefits of Genesis vehicles.
• Conducted test drives and followed up with potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain an organized and presentable sales area.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and follow-ups.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Qualifications:
• A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
