Associates degree or comparable work experience

At least 1-3 years of sales experience; vehicle sales is preferred

Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Possess understanding and knowledge of equity and values, automobile depreciation and local, state, and federal laws that guide automobiles

Excellent communication, both verbal and written; must be able to explain technical information in a clear way

Must be able to sell minimum quota according to dealership standards

Possess a persuasive, self-confidant and positive attitude

Excellent mathematical, computer, and customer service skills

Ability to prioritize and handle numerous tasks simultaneously

Must be highly organized, detail oriented, and results driven

Ability to work 8-10 hour days

Ability to work outdoors and in an environment with occasional exposure to weather elements
