Parks Chevrolet in Kernersville is hiring Automotive Sales Consultants now in order to help meet huge customer demand!

Previous auto sales experience is not required. However, if you have worked in sales in another industry, that is Plus! Great salespeople have come from different backgrounds: Industrial or manufacturing sales, retail sales, cellular sales, insurance sales, bar-tending, or rental car associates, to name a few.

Sales Consultant - Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and make them feel at home - in person, by phone, or on our website chat!
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle from our inventory suited to their needs. Great communication & listening skills are key!
• Consult with Sales Manager to set and achieve monthly goals for personal growth and success
• Accompany customers on test drives when needed
• Follow up with customers after the sale to encourage networking and repeat business
• Learn techniques of closing the sale - We Will Train!
• Complete all sales documentation for tag, title, financing, etc. efficiently and in a timely manner
  
  

Sales Consultant - Job Requirements:

• Outgoing and vivacious personality - and an A-1 People Person!
• A high degree of good customer service and people skills are required.
• Sales experience in other industries is a plus!
• We will train - no dealership experience required!
• Ambition and drive to succeed and a good track record!
• Strong work ethic and ability to learn
• Ability to set and achieve goals
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Valid driver's license, insurance, clean background, and driving record
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
