Duties And Responsibilities:
- Schedules service appointments.
- Obtains customer and vehicle data before arrival when possible.
- Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner, with a smile.
- Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
- Checks on the progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promise time, explain cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
- Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles by manufacturers’ specifications, using maintenance menus.
- Monitor technician productivity.
- Perform daily team meetings.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience/Customer Service experience.Â
- Automotive service experience is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, drug tests & driving records.
