Automotive Service Advisor - Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish)

We are looking to add an Automotive Service Advisor to our team – looking for someone who has 4+ years Service Advisor experience and is looking to grow their career! This Service Advisor position requires someone who is self-motivated, and someone that understands the importance of strong relationships with their customers and co-workers.
Here are a few of the expectations & responsibilities for the Service Advisor position:
- Ideally have experience with Asian import brands
- Computer Skills A Must
- Phone Skills - They must hear the smile in your voice!
- Exceptional Customer Service – You must genuinely enjoy helping people!
- Estimating & Sales
- Workflow Coordination
- A love of what you do
- The desire to continuously learn.
