At Lloyd's Automotive and Transmission Specialists, we're hiring a full-time Automotive Service Advisor. Our Olympia, WA shop needs a communicative and detail-oriented person to help keep our day-to-day running smoothly.

ABOUT THIS JOB

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you speak with customers and our auto repair team to keep workdays smooth and efficient. Offering great customer service, you ask clients about their needs, schedule service appointments, and provide estimates for the suggested work. You explain costs to the customer and encourage them to approve the job. As you order parts, communicate with techs, and provide customers with job updates, you take pride in performing high-quality work!

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience as a service advisor, preferably not in express lube
• Valid driver's license
