YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As an Automotive Service Consultant, you promptly answer phone calls professionally, delivering exceptional customer service and support. You efficiently create detailed work orders for technicians to follow up with customers, showcasing your organized approach. Your precision in reporting on services rendered ensures accuracy and optimization. Within our team, you excel, serving as an integral part of our dynamic environment with your professional demeanor and commitment to excellence.

Here's what you need to become our Automotive Service Consultant:

• 5+ years of related experience
• Driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• High energy
• Positive attitude
• Professional experience and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
• Experience with Mitchel 1/Bolt On (preferred)
• ASE certifications (preferred)
• Ability to work a busy schedule (preferred)
• Strong customer service skills (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills - specifically on the phone (preferred)
