Automotive Service Manager - AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care

We are looking for an experienced sales representative for a Store Sales Manager opportunity in Fort Worth TX! We are a well established company with over 50 years of experience within the Automotive Industry. 

SUMMARY:

Provides quality customer service to customers through the proper usage of all sales procedures. Answers telephone and sets up appointment times for customers, utilizing Telephone Procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs a high volume of warm calls to potential customers (must have excellent phone sales and the ability to complete a one-call close)
• Engages and consults incoming customers, both in-person and over the phone, to successfully generate and close sales
• Effectively establishes and maintains customer relationships
• Consistently meets/exceeds established sales targets
• Follows AAMCO sales procedures
• Provides service recommendations
• Performs workflow management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 to 5 years of experience working in a direct sales role
• Experience being in a base salary plus commission role
• Some retail experience preferred
• Strong communication skills

• Location: Scottsdale AZ 85260
• Hours: M-F 8-5:30 pm Sat 8-12 pm
