In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of skilled technicians and ensuring that all repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest industry standards.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the service department.
- Schedule and assign work to technicians based on expertise and availability.
- Monitor repair work to ensure quality and accuracy of service.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients about vehicle repairs and estimates.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and mentoring to staff members.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices within the shop.
- Analyze service department operations and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service or repair.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, collision repair processes, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling, inventory management, and customer repair tracking.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- ASE certification or equivalent in automotive service is preferred.
