Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the technician team, ensuring efficient, high-quality work
Oversee the repair and maintenance of luxury Mercedes-Benz vehicles
Ensure safety standards and protocols are followed in the shop
Monitor workflow, assign jobs, and manage work schedules
Perform diagnostic assessments and provide technical guidance
Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers on repair processes
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning service department
Qualifications:
ASE Certification (or equivalent) preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician (Mercedes-Benz experience is a plus)
Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a service shop environment
Ability to diagnose and repair advanced vehicle systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
