JOB OBJECTIVE: To perform a variety of advanced journey level skilled/technical maintenance and major repair services on diesel and gasoline engines, components, electrical systems, and transmissions of City vehicles and heavy equipment; provides mechanical assistance to other employees; performs diagnostic testing.
