Key Responsibilities:

● Expert Diagnostic and Repair: Accurately diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive concerns, from engine and transmission problems to electrical and HVAC systems. 

● Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced technicians, fostering a supportive and educational shop environment. 

● Adherence to Safety and Standards: Perform all work with a commitment to safety and adherence to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.

● Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through ongoing training and certification.

Qualifications: 

● Extensive hands-on experience in automotive repair, with a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex issues. 

● Proficiency with advanced diagnostic tools and software. 

● Comprehensive knowledge of various automotive systems, including engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, electrical, and HVAC. 

● Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills, with a commitment to high-quality workmanship. 

● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to service advisors and collaborate with team members.

● Leadership experience, with a focus on mentoring and developing other technicians.

● ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent preferred.
