Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues on Ford and Lincoln vehicles. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot vehicle systems effectively. Follow manufacturer's guidelines and dealership procedures for repairs and service. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology, training, and certification requirements. Requirements: Proven experience as an Automotive Technician, specializing in Ford and Lincoln vehicles. ASE certification or equivalent preferred. "B"-"A" Classification preferred Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
