Autosys Operations Engineer - Aloden LLC

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

Duration: 19+ Months Contract

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in at least 2 databases: Ab Initio, Teradata, Hadoop, or Oracle
• 3+ years of experience in AUTOSYS job scheduling and management
• 3+ years of experience in Unix shell scripting

Desired Qualifications:

• Informatica experience

Responsibilities:

• Incident Management: Lead or triage major incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Problem Management: Identify root causes of problems and implement preventative actions to avoid recurrence.
• Application Health: Monitor application health, proactively addressing alerts and failures.
• Batch & Feed Management: Oversee batch job execution and data feed processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Troubleshooting: Investigate and troubleshoot failures, providing effective solutions.
• Disaster Recovery: Support disaster recovery exercises and implement measures to reduce recovery time.
• Operational Excellence: Identify and address troublesome trends to maintain operational stability.
• Risk & Control: Manage daily operational risks and controls, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and work standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
