Job Description Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.BAE Systems’ Precision Strike & Sensing Solutions (PS) business area has an exciting opportunity for a Senior, Program Manager III to lead a high-volume production program in the delivery of world class precision strike products
You will be your teams resource advocate and lead them to successful customer and business outcomes
You, as the Program Manager, will be the main interface for executive communication and a trusted partner for our customer

Take action and make decisions regarding personnel matters.Demonstrate a leading role in promoting adherence to the company’s ethical standards and business practices; ensure compliance with the BAE Systems Operational Assurance Framework and all other policies and requirements; provide for good stewardship of the assets of the business.Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety objectives and policies.Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenshipRequired Education, Experience, & Skills Proven success leading large, complex development and production programs, specifically with high volume production, complex supply chain management and weapons/weapons related technologies.Experience establishing and building customer relationships and the ability to collaborate within and across organizational boundaries.Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to achieve results through othersExperience influencing a large/complex functional model to enable strong business outcomesExcellent written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders and customers.Knowledge of Government contracting, current acquisition trends and customer / competitor behaviors is a positive.Experience with DoD services, with preference on a focus on US Navy AcquisitionFMS/International experienceExperience leading/contributing to Integrated Business Planning, Program Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews or equivalents statusPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related discipline and 10 years of experience leading technical and program teams through all phases of the lifecycleEngineering Master’s Degree12 Years ExperiencePMP certification desiredPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $147300 - $250400Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures
