Job Description Summary
The AVP Disclosure Manager is responsible for the funding department’s workflow, function and ensuring that loans are set up properly withing required timelines, as well as the day-to-day supervision of the six roles of the various Disclosure Specialists. This includes the following roles: initial disclosures, initial audit scrubs, change of circumstance, initial closing disclosures, post consummation scrubs, post consummation closing disclosures. The AVP Disclosure Manager is expected to be well versed on TRID regulations and compliance rules. They will be responsible for compliance and quality control audit responses. They must have extensive knowledge of fee mapping and ensure that all documents and disclosures are included and that the files are compliant with regulatory requirements. The AVP Disclosure Manager will report directly to the Senior Vice-President, Operations Strategic Initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Manages disclosure team to ensure loans are disclosed and documented within regulatory requirements and that the standards for completeness, accuracy and compliance are met. This includes initial, CCR, ICD and PCCDS along with audit scrubs.
- Manages responses to internal and external audits and SOX controls. Updates procedures as required. Maintains a quarterly review of the fee matrix and ensures any fee changes are approved through compliance.
- Monitor the pipeline to ensure timing requirements are met, managing adherence to targeted turn time requirements.
- Originate test disclosure documentation for new product roll outs.
Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Experience with Disclosure, RESPA, Closing, Compliance, Quality Control
