Our ideal candidate is searching for an opportunity to apply their professional sales background and their competitive nature to their work, wants to utilize their exceptional relationship building, coaching and managing of senior sales reps, and possesses strong communication skills. They are dedicated to constantly expanding their expertise and knowledge in the Oracle human resources (HCM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) areas to ensure the highest level of personal and company success. They have a desire to be an individual contributor, while having the opportunity to also manage 1-3 Sr. Sales Directors.
QUALIFICATIONS
· 7+ years Software sales or Consulting sales experience; Oracle HCM/ERP preferred
· Management experience strongly preferred
· Oracle HCM & ERP Field Rep relationships are highly preferred
· Ability to close a transaction from uncovering opportunity to signing multi-million-dollar contracts
· Ability to navigate internal systems and external systems to complete transactions
· Ability to navigate customer at C-level to understand needs and upsell/cross sell continuously
· Strong negotiation skills
· Strong problem-solving ability
· Ability to work on a team to complete deals and drive them to closure
· Organization and effective communication skills

COMPENSATION
· Base Salary: $185k - $220k plus Individual and management commissions
