This is a unique and exciting opportunity for you to bring strong insights, instincts and experience to a highly critical operations leadership role within the Operations and Administrative Services (OAS) Division. In this role, you will serve as the highest level of on-site leadership for Branch operations. You will establish the goals and objectives of multiple operational areas within a matrix operating structure. You will exercise management oversight and coordinate the activities of multiple operational areas within System and District guidelines; ensure key performance targets are met; and, develop, execute and monitor strategic plans to support business direction. You will be a representative of the Bank with the financial community and government and regulatory agencies throughout the Branch zone. You will report to the Vice Presidents of Function Offices in the OAS Division.
Location: Role requires you to be onsite in Jacksonville, FL.

Responsibilities:
Provide direction and lead multiple Branch operations to include: Cash Services, Law Enforcement, Facilities, IT operations, Food Services/Event Management functions, leasing operations, tenant relationship management and Business Continuity/crisis contingency planning efforts. Also, oversee offsite Reserve Bank assets throughout the region.
Serve as a strategic advisor to District function leaders and collaborate with the Function Offices in establishing policy and short and long-term strategic objectives. Ensure strategies are translated into executable plans and lead District and System efforts related to business line initiatives.
Represent the Bank/function with external entities and direct customer relations programs with financial institutions, other Reserve Banks, government/regulatory entities, and law enforcement agencies to further functional and operating objectives.
Ensure security of the Bank's physical property, assets and personnel at the Branch location. Maintain responsibility for business continuity preparedness and response, partnering with the Regional Executive in crisis situations affecting the Branch.
Perform personnel management responsibilities such as hiring, staff development counseling, employee performance appraisals, compensation decisions, and other personnel actions.
Establish and manage the Branch organizational culture and ensure the Bank's mission and values are embodied in the Branch environment. Embody the Bank's commitment to agile leadership strategies and practices to fully leverage the creativity, innovation and talent across our teams.
Regularly engage with the local Branch Board of Directors providing operational updates and informing the Board on strategic initiatives.
Travel varies – up to 25%
Role requires you to be onsite in Jacksonville.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree, preferred
Experience: 8+ years of leadership experience, preferred
You will be placed in the appropriate officer level (AVP or VP) based on professional experience and educational background.
Proven experience in managing multiple operations.
Ability, initiative, knowledge and expertise to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgment in a remote management operating environment within a matrix management structure.
Dynamic and engaging leader who can artfully lead and influence the organization.
Hands-on, visible, goal-focused and independent-minded with strong business acumen.
Relationship and culture focused.
Bring leading-edge thinking to effectively develop and lead the Branch and Division workforce of the future.
