What you bring:

• Must be able to demonstrate experience executing high-quality food in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Understanding of the sports environment a plus
  

• Passion for creating consistently delicious, craveable food that brings guests back again and again
  

• Strong food preparation skills and knowledge base
  

• A collaborative, respectful, kind work style and excellent communication skills
  

• Weekend brunch and both weekday and weekend evening availability required
  

• Are you seen as a leader, looked to by both your cohort and your managers? Excellent!
  

• Strong knife skills and an understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and types of equipment
  

• Minimum 3 years experience in lead line work, including all stations (grill, fryer, expo, and prep, etc.)
  

• Thorough knowledge of food & health safety compliance and strong organizational skills
  

• Bilingual Spanish-English a huge plus
  

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and spend a full shift standing or walking
  

• Valid Washington Food Handler's permit
