- Experience with AWS cloud architecture
- Proficient with many versions of desktop operating systems
- Experience with Microsoft Server Administration including of Active Directory and Group Policy
- Understanding of common networking concepts
- Experience setting up switches, firewalls, and routers
- Setup and maintenance of all computer and peripheral hardware
- Availability to be on call and respond to after hour requests
- Helpdesk or IT Services experience
- Ability to demonstrate consistent follow-through on assigned tasks
