Role Dynamics AX Functional Consultant
Required Technical Skill Set Excellent Proficiency on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 RTM/R2/R3
Total IT Experience 6+ years
Experience on Dynamics AX 5+ years
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have • Very high proficiency in Core Dynamics AX modules – Service management and project accounting
• Proficiency in Dynamics AX modules – Service management and project accounting.
• Knowledge on DYS service management module (ISV) of AX is added advantage and preference.
• Working and domain knowledge on field and service management software.
• Good business knowledge of field Services
• 2+ years of experience working with overseas customers
• 3+ years of Experience on AX implementation projects and preparing FRD and FDD
• Able to independently provide functional support on issues related to L2 and L3 tickets raised across Microsoft Dynamics application.
• Able to perform root cause analysis and impact analysis.
• Requires strong analytical and problem solving skills with demonstrated initiative and flexibility to meet deadlines and end user expectations.
• Excellent communication skills - Associate should be able to communicate (written and oral) in English
• Excellent documentation and articulation skills
