Required Skills and Experience:
Cloud Architecture and Engineering:
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in cloud-native principles and Azure services (e.g., App Service, Functions, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, etc.)
• Experience with serverless computing and microservices architecture
• Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable, highly available, and secure cloud solutions
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Experience with Infrastructure As Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Bicep. Terraform preferred
Application Development:
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development, including frontend (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend (e.g., .NET Core, Node.js, Java)
• Proficiency in API development
• Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
• Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) and Azure Active Directory
• Experience with API gateways (e.g., Azure API Management) preferred
Problem-Solving and Collaboration:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Required Technology Stack:
• Cloud Platform: Azure
• Serverless Computing: Azure Functions
• Microservices Framework: Spring Boot, .NET Core, or similar
• Frontend Frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Backend Languages: C#, Node.js, Python, or Java
• Database: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases
• API Gateway: Azure API Management
• CI/CD: Azure DevOps or Jenkins
• IaC: Terraform or Bicep
• Identity and Access Management: Azure AD
• Integration: Azure Integration Services (Azure Function, Logic Apps, Data Factory)
• Monitoring and Logging: Azure Monitor, Application Insights
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud-based scalable application in Azure infrastructure
• Leverage serverless computing and microservices architecture
• Develop both frontend development, backend integration and hosting applications
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of Azure applications
• Build application with SSO using SAML, oAuth, OIDC and knowledge of Active Directory and other Identity management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, Cloud Engineers, architects, and other team members to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Implement best practices for cloud application development, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Ensure all applications are highly available and multi-level DR is built into application planning and development
• Build APIs and other forms of integrating across various applications using Mulesoft or similar tools
• Offer technical expertise where required and support resident RCCB Applications
• Represent the team with regards to Change Management and Change Board activities
• Document requirements, user stories, technical documents and training documents with
• Stay up to date with Microsoft tools, Azure technologies, industry trends, and best practices
• Other projects or duties as assigned
