Job Requirements:
- Does not want strictly AWS resources—may consider down the line if he gets desperate
- Enterprise architect back—would be nice but Lennar really isn't ready for enterprise architecture
- They have implemented Devops, heavy azure based, some AWS instances, moving a lot of things to azure, heavy into an integration perspective
- Using Azure API management studio which is a key functional tool
- Service Bus, Logicapps—all good to have experience with
- Wants someone with an understanding of Devops as a whole, someone that understands the logistics; they are semi-mature with devops
- They are so hands-on at this point where they don't have the luxury to oversee anything, he is doing a lot of the solutions
- Good communicator, the idea is to eventually be a leadership role (not guaranteed)
- Certifications are nice to have, education isn't a requirement
- Large or small companies have their benefits—open to either
- Could work out of Sunrise or Miami offices
- Only looking for local candidates right now, would consider candidates that relo if he got desperate
- Wants someone hungry, eager—this is his new direction or hiring vs solely on years of experience
- Looking for super smart, well-rounded—best hire they had is 5 years out of college and has 2 yrs. of exp with basically every technology—in this case, years of experience are going to be a little more important due to the architecture piece
