Azure DevOps Administrator to join and help us manage and optimize our Azure infrastructure and DevOps processes.
Responsibilities:
- CI/CD Pipeline Management:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Ensure efficient and reliable build, test, and deployment processes.
- Azure Resource Administration:
- Manage and provision Azure resources such as VMs, databases, and storage accounts.
- Monitor and optimize resource usage and performance.
- User Access Management:
- Set up and manage user access and permissions to Azure resources.
- Regularly audit and prune access to ensure security and compliance.
- Security and Compliance:
- Implement security best practices for Azure resources and DevOps processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Automation and Scripting:
- Automate routine tasks using scripts, Azure Automation, or other tools.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
- Set up monitoring and alerting for Azure resources and DevOps pipelines.
- Troubleshoot issues related to builds, deployments, and resource performance.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with development and operations teams to support their needs.
- Provide guidance and training on best practices for using Azure DevOps and Azure resources.
- Proven experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services and DevOps practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
