B-Roll Designer - Flowship

The Role:
We’re looking for a B-Roll Designer to curate and design captivating B-roll visuals for multiple branded video podcasts. You’ll collaborate with our production team to enhance storytelling and elevate episodes for our YouTube audience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source images and videos, ensuring all licensing requirements are met
• Create and maintain B-roll templates that align with each brand’s guidelines
• Design dynamic B-roll visuals, incorporating motion elements where needed

Qualifications:
• Experience in digital design (video is a plus)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and After Effects
• Sharp visual aesthetic with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet ongoing deadlines

This is a contract, work-from-anywhere role with a flexible schedule.
