About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented B2B/B2C E-Commerce Specialist to drive profitability across our online and marketplace channels. The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of Shopify, FBM (Fulfilled by), and FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon). As the E-Commerce Specialist, you will manage day-to-day operations with a strong focus on product listings, pricing strategies, inventory management, and supporting marketing efforts to increase sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Listings & Optimization:
Create and optimize product listings across multiple platforms (Shopify, FBM, FBA, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Adobe Commerce) to ensure accuracy, visibility, and conversion. Enhance titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and images to improve SEO and customer engagement. - Pricing Strategy:
Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market trends, competitive pricing, and platform fees to maximize profitability. Analyze competitor listings to identify opportunities for differentiation and pricing optimization. - Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure timely replenishment. Collaborate with the sourcing team to maintain accurate inventory data and restocking schedules. - Marketing Support:
Assist in creating promotional content and enhancing product visibility through minor graphic design updates and marketing efforts. - Performance Reporting & Analytics:
Track key performance metrics (KPIs) including sales, inventory levels, ACoS, and advertising performance. Use tools like Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics, and Shopify Analytics to generate insights and actionable recommendations for optimization. - Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Conduct research to identify trending products, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this data to adjust pricing and product strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Tools & Technologies:
- E-Commerce Platforms: Shopify, FBM, FBA, Amazon, Walmart, eBay
- Pricing Tools: Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
- Analytics Tools: Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Amazon Seller Central
- Design Tools: Canva, Adobe Spark
Required Excel Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIF), Pivot Tables, and data visualization (charts, graphs, dashboards).
- Strong ability to manipulate large datasets, perform sales and inventory forecasting, and automate tasks using Macros and Power Query.
- Experience managing bulk product listings and Amazon catalog uploads.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, including product listings, pricing strategy, and working with B2C platforms.
- Proficiency with Shopify, Amazon FBM/FBA, and fee analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Basic marketing and graphic design skills for enhancing listings and promotions.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
