B2B Collections Specialist

A manufacturing IT organization is seeking a remote B2B Collections Specialist to assist with interim workload. Salary is $40-$45k DOE

RESPONSIBILITES OF THE B2B COLLECTION SPECIALIST:

• The B2B Collection Specialist will monitor aging and report on status
• The B2B Collection Specialist will reach out to overdue accounts via phone and email to obtain payment status information
• Coordinate payment plans, research and resolve billing issues, and assess creditworthiness
• Assist with projects, as needed

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE B2B COLLECTION SPECIALIST:

• Must have B2B Collections experience
• Must have ERP and/or Accounting software experience
• Ability to work productively in a remote environment is a must for this position
