Salary Range: $42000.00 - $62000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Business Development: Our strategic marketing effort brings us 3-8 warm deals per day. NO COLD CALLING needed. This role entails diagnosing, determining viability, and next steps for these inquiries as well as working with underwriters to bring winning solutions to convert these prospects to clients.
- Proposal Creation: Develop and present comprehensive insurance proposals customized to each client's requirements.
- Client Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continuous satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Continually analyze market trends to stay informed about new opportunities and potential risks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters and brokers to ensure competitive pricing and coverage options.
- Documentation: Ensure all client interactions and transactions are accurately documented and compliant with company policies.
Requirements
- Licensing: Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License is essential or desire and ability to obtain licensing in your state.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B commercial insurance sales or a related role.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to effectively engage with business clients.
- Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and fostering client relationships.
