As a Sales Representative at Republic Valuations, you will undergo comprehensive in-office training to ensure you have a deep understanding of our services and approach. Once proficient, you will take charge of engaging in B2B sales, working to expand our client base by building meaningful and long-term relationships. This role is ideal for someone who combines sales expertise with a genuine passion for client engagement and has a strong background in real estate or professional services.
This is not a position for a Real Estate Appraiser, but rather a sales role focused on selling real estate appraisal services to businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on understanding clients' needs and providing tailored appraisal solutions.
- Drive B2B sales efforts to expand our client base and service offerings.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Republic Valuations, representing the company with professionalism, confidence, and a personable approach.
- Collaborate closely with our expert appraisal team to fully understand the nuances of our services and promote them effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, business opportunities, and untapped markets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire sales process, ensuring a positive client experience at every stage.
- Utilize charisma and strong interpersonal skills to create lasting impressions with clients, differentiating our services through personality and character.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the real estate or professional services sectors.
- A charismatic personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with clients quickly.
- Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to articulate complex appraisal concepts in an engaging and relatable way.
- A passion for delivering results and the drive to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.
- Familiarity with New York State real estate appraisal licensing requirements is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation:
- Starting with a base salary of $80,000 as a draw against commission for the first six months.
- After the initial six-month period, the position will transition to a commission-only structure, offering significant earning potential as you establish your client base and expertise.
