Back of House (BOH) Team Member
Responsibilities:
- Strong work ethic - consistent, reliable, punctual
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies, including hygiene and dress code, at all times
- Other duties as assigned

- Available to work between 15-30 hours a week (Part-Time) or 30-40 hours a week (Full-Time).
- Available to work on Saturdays
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary
- Be able to perform functions which require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing and stocking up to 40 lbs, stand for up to 9 hours, and be physically active for extended periods
