Our Back of the House Director will work full time for the restaurant, and in the restaurant, on operations. They will also have a desire to train and grow others. The position of Back of the House Director is a first step in a great career with Chick-fil-A.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- This position is vital and we are looking for a leader with a proven track record
- 3+ years of leading a kitchen with great results is necessary for this role
- No Chick-fil-A experience necessary - but quality of experience matters
- Proven track record - the ideal applicant can articulate their results using tangible figures
- Food safety - Well versed in food safety. If the applicant does not have a Food Manager Certificate, it is required within 60 days of start date
- The applicant can not have been part of a failing food safety environment
- Experience growing people - Can articulate who they have grown and how
This position will start with you learning everything a Team Member has to learn, absorbing the great culture at Chick-fil-A Western Center Blvd with the goal of you stepping into full leadership within 30 to 60 days.

- Prioritize food safety and restaurant cleanliness

- Attention to detail is critical - Must have a heart to pursue excellence in the “little things”
- 3 closing shifts each week minimum. Most weeks it will be 4 closing shifts.

- Hit monthly, quarterly and yearly goals; both from a guest experience and financial performance standpoint

GREAT PAY: Starting at $22.00 with upward pay mobility
1 ON 1 MENTORSHIP - You will meet regularly with the Operator or senior leader to grow and develop your personal leadership.
ALWAYS CLOSED ON SUNDAYS - Faith and family is important to us. This allows for you to spend time developing both.
