We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer with expertise in .NET Core, Azure web services, and SQL to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirements analysis.
- Participate on a scrum team to deliver iterative functionality within the defined sprint.
- Test and deploy applications and systems.
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code.
- Improve existing software.
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.
- Design, develop and test new features and functionality for applications.
- Write clean, secure, resilient and scalable code using .NET programming languages on the Azure stack.
Requirements:
- 5 years professional experience building multi-tier, scalable enterprise applications with .NET
- Strong understanding of T-SQL, C# and the Microsoft Azure platform
- Working experience with TDD / Agile methodologies
- Prior experience with telephony technology
- Prior experience with cybersecurity
- Object Oriented Programming skills with C# and .Net
- Database design skills with MSSQL
- Familiarity with distributed system design
- Familiarity with Git
- Familiarity with CSS, HTML5 & JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, Angular 2 & VueJs
- Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker
