ARE YOU OUR IDEAL BAKERY RESTAURANT MANAGER?
We're looking for a Bakery Restaurant Manager who can work a full-time schedule, encompassing mornings, days, weekends, and holidays as needed, while also meeting the following requirements:
- 3+ years of casual dining management experience
- Strong leadership skills with experience training, mentoring, and managing hourly employees
- Knowledge of all aspects of the restaurant industry, inclusive of P&L statements and cost management as well as creative ways to increase sales
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS, and cash handling
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, reach, bend, stoop, and be mobile for long periods
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Hands-on personality with great communication skills
- Reliable transportation
