About the Job
The Repair Administrator position will assist West Music in our mission of Encouraging people of all ages and abilities to: Play now. Play for life. They will provide exceptional service by providing administrative support to Davenport’s band, orchestra, and fretted instrument repair teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
- Provides Administrative support to the Davenport repair team, including but not limited to, data entry, preparing merchandise, invoices, and communicating with schools and customers.
- Correctly completes all paperwork necessary for all repairs, and any other records required by the Repair departments and Davenport’s independent repair contractors.
- Will directly communicate with customers (including school districts/band directors) via phone, email and written correspondence to:
- Provide estimates for repair work within 24 hours and obtain approvals and payments for the work;
- Coordinating instrument pick up after repairs are completed, and
- Respond to questions regarding instruments going through the repair shop
- Process all invoices for repaired instruments
- Log all Repair in deal pipeline utilizing HubSpot
- Provides support to Road CSR’s
Required Qualifications:
Education, Experience & Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to be accurate in work with an attention to detail and an aptitude for working with numbers.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
