About the Job
Working hours are Monday-Friday 8:15am-5:15pm, with pay starting at $14.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains a friendly, approachable and professional attitude in servicing members
- Provide prompt and accurate service in the processing of transactions, depositing and withdrawing funds
- Open new accounts and service existing accounts
- Provide in-person, by-telephone, and emailed general and specific service-related information concerning products or policies.
- Respond to member requests, problems, and complaints, resolve issues, and/or direct them to the appropriate person for specific information and assistance.
- Keep up-to-date knowledge of all products and services
- Secure and safeguard all confidential information

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Must have credit union or banking experience
Must have customer service experience
Cash handling experience
Must submit to background and credit check and drug screen
High school diploma or equivalent required
