Banking Customer Support Specialist - Spherion

About the Job
Qualified applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in MS Office Suite and preferably have prior experience with payment processing, POS or financial systems
Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7:45AM-6:15PM (open or close shifts)
Rotating Saturdays: 8:45AM-12:30PM (Get a half-day off during the week when you work Saturday, average 2-3 Saturdays/month, earn +$5/hour for Saturday shift differential)
Pay $17.50/hour
Responsibilities:
-Open new accounts and educate customers on our range of products and services
-Seamlessly utilize customer interactions to introduce services that can enhance their experience
-Manage and balance a cash drawer
-Address basic customer inquiries, both in-person and over the phone, while adhering to regulations and privacy policies
-Demonstrate ???Brilliant at the Basics??? customer service skills and foster meaningful relationships

-High school diploma or equivalent; one year college or technical school; one year work experience
-Must have previous customer service, cash handling, and/or sales experience
-Previous banking experience is a plus
